IKFF Kettlebell Certification Preparation

Training for two full days with kettlebells, even with light weights, can be tougher than expected. Good fitness levels and appropriate conditioning are necessary to ensure that you are ready. The IKFF CKT1 is a gruelling certification course. I offer preparation training and programming in line with what is to be expected, so that you get the most out of your certification. The hourly fees are the same as my 1-2-1 coaching.

I have now certified well over 50 kettlebell enthusiasts and fitness professionals to IKFF CKT standard, enhancing their lifting and coaching skills.

The IKFF CKT Kettlebell Certification course standardises safe and effective kettlebell exercise and guides fitness professionals to excellence in the art and science of teaching kettlebells to the fitness-minded and sporting public.

Early bird:

£500 GBP

Existing CKTs less        than 3 years:

re-certify for only £150 GBP

Existing CKTs greater than 3 years:

re-certify for only £300 GBP

Alternatively you can book a private 1-2-1 IKFF Certification for £750.
