1-2-1 Coaching


 

I offer exclusive and unique coaching in kettlebells and Physical Culture around Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, or at my own residence in the village of Lower Quinton affording fine views, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Coaching involves training similar to a martial artist with an emphasis on integrated efficient movement patterns using the whole body making it a more stimulating experience for everyone.  

Train and practice in my ‘Dojo’

Online / Skype Training: If you don’t live near to me, even if you live on the other side of the world, it doesn’t matter. As long as you have Wi-fi access, you can switch on Skype via a camera on your computer, connect up with me and we can do anything from kettlebell coaching and technique development to Indian clubs, Persian Meels and Indian Gada.

How do I get started? I take on all levels of fitness, but first check that this is something you really want to do. Be sure that you really want success and want to improve your health, fitness and lifestyle.
 

How much does it cost?

  • Pay as you go: £35 per session
  • Pre-pay: 5 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions: £150, SAVING YOU £25
  • Pre-pay: 10 x 1-2-1  coaching sessions: £280, SAVING YOU £70
  • Pre-pay: 20 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions: £500, SAVING YOU £200
