Dynamic body-weight warm up: 10 x sit-outs, 20 x Umphas , 10 x Hindu squats. Repeat for 3 rounds, then:-

“AMAP in 5 sets”

As many as possible alternating between the following for 5 sets:-

  1. Lateral handstand walks against a wall
  2. Chin-ups

Rest 2 mins and use the same protocol on the following:-

  1. Hindu push-ups or regular push-ups
  2. Double kettlebell push press or barbell push press

Finisher:- Powerwheel,  Jungle Gym or ring roll outs x 50 in as few sets as possible
