Dynamic warm up using a lighter kettlebell than normal: Use a combination of swings, cleans, presses, clean & presses, pulls and snatches for 5 to 10 mins, then:-
“Six Prong Kettlebell Attack”
5 rounds:-
- 10 x double arm swings
- 10 x single arm swings (5 each arm)
- 10 x cleans (5 x each arm)
- 10 x push press (5 x each arm)
- 10 x racked squats (5 x each arm)
- 10 x snatches (5 x each arm)
- Rest 90 seconds
- 10 x burpees or box plyo-jumps
- Rest 90 seconds
