“15/15 Kettlebell Snatch Workout”
- 15/15 kettlebell single arm snatches – work for 15 seconds, rest for 15 seconds for 12 minutes. Swap hands every working set. Target is 6 to 8 reps per working set with FULL lockout
Rest 2 minutes, then:-
- 5 to 10 minutes of kettlebell Turkish get-ups
Finisher: Power wheel /Jungle Gym /ring roll-outs x 50 is as few sets as possible
