Dynamic mobility med ball warm-up: 10 x throw downs, 10 x Russian twists, 10 x wood chops (left and right).  Rest 60 secs and complete 3 rounds, then:-

Work 30 secs, rest 30 secs for 5 minutes:-

Rest 60 secs, then repeat with the same protocol on the following:-

  • Regular push-ups
  • Burpees
  • Handstand hold against a wall
  • Squat jumps
