Dynamic warm up using a lighter kettlebell than normal: swings, cleans, presses, clean & presses, then:-

Perform 5 rounds of the following. The goal is perfect form and not reps for reps sake. Focus on the ‘groove’ of the bell, pausing on the lockout in the snatch and the rack in the press.  Reps shown are only as a guide:-

  1. Kettlebell snatch x 10 right
  2. Kettlebell snatch x 10 left
  3. Kettlebell press x 10 right
  4. Kettlebell press x 10 left

Finisher:- Powerwheel / Jungle Gym / ring roll outs x 60 is as few sets as possible
