Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal: Swings, cleans, pulls – 3 rounds. Then:-

5 rounds (you can rest between exercises as this is strength, not strength endurance):-

  • Kettlebell clean and press – 8 to 10 reps per arm
  • Jungle Gym / ring pull-ups – 8 to 10 reps
  • Kettlebell double cleans – 8 to 10 reps
  • Kettlebell goblet squats – 8 to 10 reps
  • Kettlebell Turkish get-ups – 1 per side
