Warm up with some kettlebell swings, then:-

1 set of each, don’t max out, just practice, keep efficient and athletic. Keep rests minimal.

  • Single kettlebell clean, left and right
  • Single kettlebell clean, left and right – increase weight
  • Double kettlebell clean
  • Double kettle clean – increase weight
  • Single kettlebell clean and press, left and right
  • Single kettlebell clean and press, left and right – increase weight
  • Double kettlebell clean and press
  • Double kettlebell clean and press – increase weight
  • Single arm kettlebell snatch, left and right
  • Single arm kettlebell snatch, left and right – increase weight
  • Double kettlebell half snatch
