1 set of each, don’t max out, just practice, keep efficient and athletic. Keep rests minimal.
- Single kettlebell clean, left and right
- Single kettlebell clean, left and right – increase weight
- Double kettlebell clean
- Double kettle clean – increase weight
- Single kettlebell clean and press, left and right
- Single kettlebell clean and press, left and right – increase weight
- Double kettlebell clean and press
- Double kettlebell clean and press – increase weight
- Single arm kettlebell snatch, left and right
- Single arm kettlebell snatch, left and right – increase weight
- Double kettlebell half snatch
