Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal: Swings, cleans, pulls and presses, then:-

  • Kettlebell single arm snatch – work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for 10 to 20 minutes depending on your fitness level and /or ability. Change arms each working set. Form must be perfect all the way through with full lockout

Then:-

  • 10 mins kettlebell Turkish get-ups
