Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal: Swings, cleans, pulls, presses, then:-
Perform 20, 15, 10 and 5 reps per round for time:-
- Hindu push-ups
- Kettlebell double cleans
- Kettlebell alternate renegade rows (reps is per arm)
Finisher: 20 x handstands to plane in as few sets as possible. (Walk feet up wall, toes on wall, and walk back down to incline plane with feet flat on wall and body parallel to floor = 1 rep)
