Eischens Yoga
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:-
- 3 x Handstand wall climbs – (toes on wall and walk up to handstand and back down = 1 rep)
- 10 x Front sprawls
- 3 x Jungle Gym / rings ‘skin the cat’
- 10 x Sit-outs
Finisher:- Hindu push-ups or regular push-ups x 50
