Rest 2 mins then:-

- 30 secs single arm kettlebell clean right
- 30 secs single arm kettlebell clean left
- 30 secs rest
Rest 2 mins then:-
3 rounds:-
- 30 secs single arm kettlebell clean and press right
- 30 secs single arm kettlebell clean and press left
- 30 secs rest

- 30 secs single arm kettlebell snatch right
