  • Kettlebell cleans – double and single
  • Kettlebell press and push press
  • Kettlebell clean and press
  • Kettlebell jerks
  • Kettlebell long cycle
  • Kettlebell snatches
  • Turkish get-ups
  • Kettlebell juggling variations – advanced only
