Think about this quote for a second and ask yourself, does this quote apply to the way you train?

Warm up with 10 mins of light kettlebell work: Cleans, swings, presses, pulls etc, then:-

  • Kettlebell single arm cleans – 4 minutes, swap hands every minute

Rest 2 mins, then:-

  • Kettlebell single arm snatches: 30/30 for 10 minutes – 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest

Rest 2 mins, then:-

  • Kettlebell single arm clean and jerks: 30/30 for 10 minutes

Warm down with 10 minutes of handstands against wall.
