Dynamic warm-up using a light kettlebell: 3 rounds – swings, cleans, presses and pulls, then:-

6 rounds, resting 2 minutes between rounds:-

  • 5 x Barbell or double kettlebell cleans – go heavy
  • 5 x Sprawl to snatch – change hands each round
  • 5 x Box jumps – 24″

Finisher:- Kettlebell double arms swings x 100
