Warm-up with some handstand kick-ups for 5 to 10 mins then:-

Alternate between the following exercises from 10 reps down to 1 until done:-

  1. Handstand push-ups on BXT cable
  2. Jungle Gym / ring body rows with legs raised

Finisher:  100 x alternate kettlebell swings
