Eischens Yoga, then:-

Perform as many rounds in 2 minutes, rest 1 minute and repeat for a total of 6 times:-

  • 5 x push-ups
  • 5 x sprawls
  • 5 x squat jumps
  • 5 x hip heists
  • 5 x burpees

Finisher: Powerwheel / Jungle Gym / ring roll outs x 50 in as few sets as possible
