Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – use a combination of swings, cleans, presses and pulls – 3 rounds in total, then:-
7 rounds for time with minimal rest:-
- 7 x kettlebell snatches (7 right, 7 left)
- 7 x burpees
- 7 x kettlebell squat to press
- 7 x chin-ups
- 7 x plyo push-ups
- 7 x half kettlebell Turkish get-up right
- 7 x half kettlebell Turkish get-up left
