Warm-up with light kettlebell work for 10 mins, then:-
Perform 2 t0 3 rounds, resting 1 minute between rounds:-
- 2 minutes alternate kettlebell swings
- 30 secs rest
- 2 minutes kettlebell single arm clean right
- 30 secs rest
- 2 minutes kettlebell single arm clean left
- 30 secs rest
- 1 minute kettlebell double clean
Finisher: 50 x 24″ box jumps in as few sets as possible
