Warm up with 5 minutes of rope skipping drills, then:-

Work for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds for 10 minutes alternating between the following:-

  • 24″ to 30″ box jumps
  • Rope skipping

Rest 2 minutes, then:-

Work for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds for 10 minutes alternating between the following:-

  • Lateral skaters
  • Cable bear crawls (attach TNT Cable to belt)

Finisher: Handstand wall walk-ups x 20
