Finish the year with some control and balance:-

Warm up with 5 to 10 mins of handstands and handstand walks, then:-

5 rounds alternating between:-

  • Kettlebell Turkish get-ups – 1 x right, 1 x left
  • Jungle Gym / rings – ‘skin the cat’ x 3

Then:-

5 rounds alternating between:-

  • Jungle Gym / rings ‘L-sitsx 20-30 secs
  • Push-ups on up-turned kettlebells (single or double) – 8 to 12 reps

Finisher:-  50 x Powerwheel roll outs
