Dynamic warm-up using a light kettlebell – swings, cleans & presses, then:-

Perform each exercise for 60 secs, then rest for 60 secs for 3 rounds:-

  1. Jungle Gym/ring push-ups
  2. Alternating kettlebell renegade row
  3. Kettlebell snatch right
  4. Kettlebell snatch left
  5. Sprawls

Finisher: 50 x Jungle Gym / ring roll outs
