Dynamic warm-up using a medicine ball: 10 x Russian twists, 10 x slams, 10 x wood choppers – 3 rounds, rest 30-60secs between rounds, then:-

4 rounds, work for 30 secs on each exercise, rest for 60 secs after round 2:-

  • Sprawls
  • Sledge hammer tyre strikes
  • Jungle Gym / ring push-ups
  • Alternating Kettlebell swings
  • Jungle Gym / Ring roll-outs

Then:-

5 Minutes Kettlebell Turkish get-ups

Finisher: 30 x Handstand kick-ups
