  • 60 secs rope skipping
  • 60 secs double arm swings
  • 60 secs rope skipping
  • 60 secs single arm swings – right
  • 60 secs rope  skipping
  • 60 secs single arm swings – left
  • 60 secs rope skipping
  • 60 secs single arm clean and jerk (long cycle) – right
  • 60 secs rope skipping
  • 60 secs single arm clean and jerk (long cycle) – left
  • 60 secs rope skipping
  • 60 secs kettlebell snatch – right
  • 60 secs rope skipping
  • 60 secs kettlebell snatch – left

Finisher:- 40 x burpees in as few sets as possible
