- 60 secs single arm swings – left
- 60 secs rope skipping
- 60 secs single arm clean and jerk (long cycle) – right
- 60 secs rope skipping
- 60 secs single arm clean and jerk (long cycle) – left
- 60 secs rope skipping
- 60 secs kettlebell snatch – right
- 60 secs rope skipping
- 60 secs kettlebell snatch – left
Finisher:- 40 x burpees in as few sets as possible
