For mobility and restoration do some or all of the following, don’t count reps, just practice perfect form:-

  1. Bear crawls >Handstands > cartwheels > handstand walking
  2. Skipping > sprinter lunges > skaters > hip heists > rolling forward > rolling backwards
  3. Medicine ball – Russian twists > up / downs > diagonal chops/lifts >touch downs
  4. Hindu squats>squat jumps>box jumps

Massage, chill, eat foods that restore health, drink plenty of water, sleep well.
