- 10 x kettlebell alternate sings
- 10 x kettlebell goblet squats
- 10 x kettlebell clean and push-press ( 5 per arm)
- 10 x kettlebell snatches (5 per arm)
Rest 2 mins, then as many rounds in 5 minutes:-
- 10 x push-ups
- 10 x sit-outs
- 10 x hip heists
- 10 x Burpees
Finisher: 20 x handstand wall walk-ups
