Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – use a combination of swings, cleans and clean & presses, then:-

Perform 20, 15, 10 & 5 reps of the following until done. Rest as required:-

  • Handstand push-ups on BXT cable or Hindu push-ups
  • Double kettlebell clean & press (if using one KB do on both sides)
  • 24″ to 32″ box jumps or burpees

Finisher:- Single arm kettlebell snatch x 50 (25r , 25l)
