Mobility warm up, then:-
4 rounds, working 30 secs on each exercise with 30 secs rest between:-
- Rings / Jungle Gym push-ups
- Kettlebell alternate swings
- Rings / Jungle Gym body row (legs raised)
- Kettlebell double cleans
- Rings / Jungle Gym roll-outs
- Kettlebell double jerk or push-press
Finisher:- Hindu push-ups x 50 in as few sets as possible
