Mobility warm up, then:-

4 rounds, working 30 secs on each exercise with 30 secs rest between:-

  • Rings / Jungle Gym push-ups
  • Kettlebell alternate swings
  • Rings / Jungle Gym body row (legs raised)
  • Kettlebell double cleans
  • Rings / Jungle Gym roll-outs
  • Kettlebell double jerk or push-press

Finisher:- Hindu push-ups x 50 in as few sets as possible
