Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – 5 single arm swings, 5 cleans, 5 half snatches – perform left and right for 3 rounds, then:-
Kettlebell snatch:-
Pause at the lock out should be at minimum of two breaths; the aim here to relax under the weight and regenerate between reps.
- 1st set: 10 reps right, 10 reps left
Rest one min, then:-
- 2nd set – 20 reps right , 20 reps left
Rest one min, then:-
- 3rd set – 30 reps right , 30 reps left
Rest one min, then:-
Kettlebell long cycle (single or double):-
- Work for 60 secs, rest for 60 sets for 10 working sets
Finisher: 50 x handstand push-ups on BXT Cable in as few sets as possible
