Warm up with 100 kettlebell cleans using a lighter kettlebell than normal (50 right, 50 left)

Set timer for 10 mins and alternate between the following:-

  1. Kettlebell clean x 10 right (go heavy)
  2. Kettlebell clean x 10 left (go heavy)
  3. Kettlebell Turkish get-up x 1 right
  4. Kettlebell Turkish get-up x 1 left

Rest 2 mins, then 10 mins alternating between the following:-

  1. Kettlebell double cleans x 10
  2. Kettlebell windmill x 3 right
  3. Kettlebell windmill x 3 left

Finisher:- Jungle Gym / rings ‘Skin the Cat’ x 20
