Dynamic warm-up using a med ball:- 10 x wood-chops, 10 x Russian twists, 10 x squats – 3 rounds, resting 30 secs between rounds, then:-

Work for 30 secs, rest for 30secs for 5 rounds:-

  • Kettlebell push-ups
  • Kettlebell renegade rows
  • Kettlebell double swings
  • Kettlebell double cleans
  • Kettlebell squats
  • Kettlebell jerks or push press

Finisher:- Jungle Gym / Ring dips  x 30 in as few sets as possible
