Dynamic body-weight warm-up: 10 x air squats, 10 x sit-outs, 10 sprawls for 3 rounds, resting 30 to 60 secs between rounds, then:-
Work for 15 to 20 minutes alternating between the following:-
- 20 x kettlebell single arm swings or snatches (1o x right, 10 x left)
- 2 x kettlebell Turkish get-ups (1 x right, 1 x left)
Finisher: Med ball slams x 50
