Complete 5 rounds, resting 2 minutes between round:-

  • 30 secs Kettlebell push-ups
  • 30secs  kettlebell renegade rows
  • 30secs  Kettlebell double cleans
  • 30secs  Kettlebell jerk assist squats
  • 30secs Kettlebell jerks or push presses

Then:-

10 mins kettlebell Turkish get-ups
