Warm-up with 3 rounds body-weight training:- 10 x push-ups, 10 x squats jumps, 5 x handstand kick-ups, then:-

5 rounds, resting 60 secs between rounds:-

  • Handstand wall walk ups (toes on wall) x 2
  • Sandbag shouldering x 10
  • Sledge hammer tyre strikes x 10

Rest 2 minutes, then:-

4 rounds, resting 60 secs between rounds:-

  • Jungle Gym / rings ‘skin the cat’ x 3
  • Sandbag cleans x 8
  • Box /tyre jumps x 8

Finisher: 50 x kettlebell double arm swings

Cool down, joint mobility
