Joint mobility warm up then:-

Work for  5 minutes, rest for 4 minutes for each of the following:- (If you have to rest during the work period keep it short)

  • Kettlebell snatches
  • Kettlebell single arm swings
  • Kettlebell single arm long cycle
  • Kettlebell single arm cleans
  • Kettlebell Turkish get-ups
