Kettlebell mobility warm-up: Around the worlds, halos, good mornings and goblet squats, then:-

Rest if required during work periods and changed arms when necessary:-

  • 10 mins kettlebell snatches – use a lighter kettlebell than normal
  • 5 mins rest
  • 8 mins kettlebell single arm cleans – go heavy
  • 4 mins rest
  • 6 mins kettlebell single arm jerks
  • 3 mins rest
  • 4 mins kettlebell Turkish get-ups
  • 2 mins rest
  • 2 mins kettlebell double squats
