Kettlebell mobility warm-up: Around the worlds, halos, good mornings and goblet squats, then:-
Rest if required during work periods and changed arms when necessary:-
- 10 mins kettlebell snatches – use a lighter kettlebell than normal
- 5 mins rest
- 8 mins kettlebell single arm cleans – go heavy
- 4 mins rest
- 6 mins kettlebell single arm jerks
- 3 mins rest
- 4 mins kettlebell Turkish get-ups
- 2 mins rest
- 2 mins kettlebell double squats
