Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – swings, cleans and pulls, then:-

  • 20 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
  • 20 x box steps ups
  • 15  x kettlebell snatches – left and right
  • 40  x step ups
  • 10 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
  • 60 x step ups
  • 5 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
  • 80 x step ups

Finisher: 100 x alternate kettlebell swings in as few sets as possible
