Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – swings, cleans and pulls, then:-
- 20 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
- 20 x box steps ups
- 15 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
- 40 x step ups
- 10 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
- 60 x step ups
- 5 x kettlebell snatches – left and right
- 80 x step ups
Finisher: 100 x alternate kettlebell swings in as few sets as possible
