Mobility warm up – body-weight, kettlebells, med ball. Then:-

Work for 30 secs, rest for 15 secs for 5 rounds:-

  1. Kettlebell push-press – right
  2. Kettlebell push-press – left
  3. Kettlebell snatch – right
  4. Kettlebell snatch – left

Finisher: 5 minutes kettlebell Turkish get-ups
