  • Kettlebell clean and press

Rest 2 minuted, then:-

6 rounds, resting 1 minute between rounds:-

  1. Sprawl to sandbag clean x 5
  2. 24 ” to 32″ box jumps x 5

Finisher:- Hindu push-ups x 50 in as few sets as possible
