Warm up with TNT cables – 3 rounds of:- 40 x alternate punching, 40 x alternate pulls, 12 x woodchops (6 x right, 6 x left), then:-

6 rounds, alternating between:-

  1. Sprawl to sandbag Zercher clean x 5
  2. Sledgehammer tyres strikes x 10

Sprawl to sandbag Zercher Clean

Recovery, Then:-

6 Rounds, alternating between:-

  1. Handstand push-ups on BXT cable  x 6 to 8
  2. Kettlebell double arm swings x 20 (go heavy)

Then:-

10 mins back dome (bridge) practice

Then:-

Warm down with 10 minutes of kettlebell juggling

24kg juggling
