Dynamic warm up using a lighter kettlebell than normal -swings, cleans, clean & press and snatches, then:-

  • 5 Minute kettlebell double arm swings (M: 20kg to 32kg, F: 12kg to 24kg)

Rest as required during the 5 mins but keep minimal, record your total rep count, all reps MUST be with perfect form.
Rest 1-2 mins, then:-

  • 10 Minutes kettlebell Turkish get-ups

Finisher: Kettlebell clean and press 5 reps down to 1, alternating between right and left.
