Eischens Yoga for Alignment and Restoration

Misalignments are weakened areas of the body and there are many ways that they are created;

  • Sitting down too much
  • Wearing the wrong shoes
  • Sleeping
  • Working out with high volumes of thigh and shoulder dominate exercises
  • Isolation training
  • Stress
  • Injuries and accidents

Most of these involve hip flexion and internal rotation of the shoulders. Sitting and wearing the wrong shoes creates tight hips. Stress and depression can create
rounded shoulders and so can your sleeping habits.
These misalignments are often never addressed in a fitness program, so we end up compensating and this puts even more stress on the body in the long term leading to strains and long term injury, so you never achieve an optimal level of fitness.
