- Kettlebell renegade rows
Rest 2 mins, then alternate between the following two exercises until you have completed 4 sets of each. Keep rests minimal:-
- Jungle Gym /ring body rows
- Jungle Gym / ring dips or push-ups
Finisher:- 50 x squat jumps in as few sets as possible
