Mobility warm up and light kettlebell swings and cleans, then:-

Alternate between the following two exercises until you have completed 4 sets of each. Keep rests minimal:-

  1. Alternating kettlebell press
  2. Kettlebell renegade rows

Rest 2 mins, then alternate between the following two exercises until you have completed 4 sets of each. Keep rests minimal:-

  1. Jungle Gym /ring body rows
  2. Jungle Gym / ring dips or push-ups

Finisher:- 50 x squat jumps in as few sets as possible
