4 rounds, with minimal between exercises:-

  • Jungle Gym / ring push-ups x 10-12
  • Jungle Gym / ring body rows x 10-12
  • Jungle Gym / ring pulls up x 6-8
  • Jungle Gym / ring dips x 8-10

Then:-

4 rounds, resting 30 to 60 secs between rounds:-

  • Med ball slams x 12
  • Sprawl to sandbag zercher clean x 6
  • Sandbag jerks x 6-8
