4 rounds, with minimal between exercises:-
- Jungle Gym / ring push-ups x 10-12
- Jungle Gym / ring body rows x 10-12
- Jungle Gym / ring pulls up x 6-8
- Jungle Gym / ring dips x 8-10
Then:-
4 rounds, resting 30 to 60 secs between rounds:-
- Med ball slams x 12
- Sprawl to sandbag zercher clean x 6
- Sandbag jerks x 6-8
