Warm up with punch bag work for 8  mins, then:-

Work continously for 15 minutes:-

  • Kettlebell single swings left x 15
  • Kettlebell single swings right x 15
  • Jungle Gym / rings “skin the cat” x 3

Then:-

4 rounds:-

  • Kettlebell sea-saw press x 6
  • Kettlebell double cleans x 6 (go heavy)
  • Weighted chin-ups x 3-5
