Dynamic med ball warm up – 10 x Russian twists, 10 x wood chops (left & right) 10 x slams. – 3 rounds, rest 60 secs between rounds, then:-

“Card Deck”

To perform the card deck workout, you will start with a fully shuffled deck of playing cards (52 cards). All face cards (Jack, Queen, and King) have values of 11,12,13 respectively.

Aces will have a value of 14. The suit of the card dictates the exercise, the value of the card dictates the number of reps

  • Hearts – 24″ Box jumps or squat jumps
  • Diamonds –Kettlebell Renegade rows
  • Clubs – Kettlebell snatches or swings – right
  • Spades – Kettlebell snatches or swings – left
  • Joker – 15 x burpees
