- Hindu push-ups x 20
- Double kettlebell floor press x 10
- Sandbag pull-over x 10
Then:-
3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises, rest as need between rounds:-
- Hindu squats x 20
- Double kettlebell sumo dead-lift x 20
- Sandbag bear hug squats x 10
3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises, rest as need between rounds:-
- Powerwheel roll outs x 15
- Kettlebell windmills x 5 each side
- Kettlebell pressing sit-up or half get-ups x 10 each side
Finisher: Kettlebell snatch 30/30 – work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for 4 minutes.
