Warm up with Indian Clubs, then:-
Battleropes
Work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for each exercise, for 2 rounds:-
- Battle Ropes alternating hands
- Battle Ropes slams
- Battle Ropes simultaneous hands
- Battle Ropes side to sides
- Battle Ropes alternating hands with squat
Then:-
3 rounds with minimal rest:-
- Kettlebell cleans x 15 left and right
- Kettlebell bottoms up cleans x 10 left and right
- 24″ to 32″ box jumps x 10
Then:-
3 rounds with minimal rest:-
- Sprawl to sandbag zercher clean x 6-8 reps
- Push-ups on bottoms up kettlebells (advanced only) x 10- 12 reps
- Kettlebell renegade rows x 20
Finisher: 30:30 single arm snatches – work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for 4 minutes.
