Warm up with Indian Clubs, then:-

Battleropes

Work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for each exercise, for 2 rounds:-

  1. Battle Ropes alternating hands
  2. Battle Ropes slams
  3. Battle Ropes simultaneous hands
  4. Battle Ropes side to sides
  5. Battle Ropes alternating hands with squat

Battleropes – slams

Then:-

3 rounds with minimal rest:-

  1. Kettlebell cleans x 15 left and right
  2. Kettlebell bottoms up cleans x 10 left and right
  3. 24″ to 32″ box jumps x 10

Then:-

3 rounds with minimal rest:-

  1. Sprawl to sandbag zercher clean x 6-8 reps
  2. Push-ups on bottoms up kettlebells (advanced only) x 10- 12 reps
  3. Kettlebell renegade rows x 20

Finisher: 30:30 single arm snatches – work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for 4 minutes.
