- 5 x Heavy Sandbag bear hug squats
- Max Sandbag overhead press – with perfect form
Then:-
5 rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds:-
- 5 x Heavy Sandbag shoulder get ups
- Max bar pull ups – with perfect form
Aim for the heaviest sandbag you can handle for the required reps.
